              Reservations


              Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance.

              Popular dates can book up early, so make your reservation early!


              Rental Rates

              Our Rental Rates vary by the number of guests. Be sure to enter the correct number of guests when making your reservation. If the number of guests will vary during your stay, call us at 812-272-5057 to book your reservation as this system only allows for a constant number of guests.


              • $20 per night per additional guest, limit of 8 total guests
              • 2 night minimum (3 nights for holidays)
              • Taxes 12% (7% state + 5% county)


              Standard Rate

              • Weekdays (Sun-Thurs) $250/night for 1-2 guests
              • Weekends (Fri/Sat) $275/night for 1-2 guests


              Full Cabin Rental (8 guests)

              • Weekdays $370/night
              • Weekends $395/night
              Deposit

              • Your credit card will be billed for your first night's stay at the time of your reservation.
              • Your credit card will be kept on file for billing the balance of your reservation about 14 days prior to your check-in date, and to pay for any damages or missing items.
              • You must have a credit card to make a reservation.

              Cancellations

              •  $50 Cancellation Fee - Reservation MUST be cancelled at least 14 days prior to check-in.
              • For Cancellations 7 -13 days before check-in a ONE NIGHT'S rental plus all taxes (your deposit) will be charged. 
              • For ANY cancellations LESS than 7 days before check-in, the full amount of the reservation including all taxes will be charged.
              • Late cancellations and no shows will not receive a refund.
              • No refunds for fewer guest numbers after the final balance is billed at 14 days prior to check-in.
              • No exceptions.
